What is the Rounding Movement?
The Arredondar Movement collects pennies and distributes them to partner NGOs. In this case, it is possible to register your NGO on the website to receive financial support. In addition, businesses can register to participate in the project in their own stores. All this without charging anything and with all the necessary transparency.
This way, it is possible to make a big difference in the lives of homeless animals, without bureaucracy, and also transform their future with simple gestures that make a difference. After all, there are many animals that have been rescued and need a lot of care to stay healthy and be adopted.
The cashier will ask if you want to donate the change to an NGO. So, if you spent R$15.89 in a store, they will ask if you would like to donate the eleven cents to Arredondar. The donation never exceeds R$0.99, and it is this change that guarantees animal welfare and changes the lives of pets.

The partnership between Movimento Arredondar and Petz is working so well that there are daily record-breaking donations to help animals . In May, for example, twenty-four thousand reais were donated. In June, the amount reached 26 thousand reais.
Since a vaccine costs around 35 reais, in practice, these amounts correspond to 1,428 vaccinated animals. In fact, with eighty reais, it is possible to neuter a pet, which totals 625 animals treated.
It is worth remembering that vaccines are essential for newborn pets, increasing their health resistance and protecting them from diseases such as distemper and parvovirus. They must be reinforced regularly throughout the furry friend’s life to keep them protected from possible complications.
Spaying is also important to prevent uncontrolled reproduction (which can lead to abandoned animals on the streets) and false pregnancies, and to prevent diseases such as breast cancer, uterine infections and ovarian tumors. In general, it reduces the hormonal action of animals and they may be less agitated.
